Great idea in theory but in practice it would be expensive...not only would you need to pay for the implants, you'd also need to pay her for the month or whatever it is that she'd be off work recovering!

So has anyone been with Jenny and can give us a review? She looks like a goddess but I've been with a couple of "superstars" now and they've been a mixed bag in real-life...some have been incredible and others have been lifeless. Would love to know what Jenny's like in person.
