This is a great topic, hope more pictures to come. I have some comment and questions about the post op:

1) Do they really cum??? I know some of them feel so regret to take teh surgery as they are not happy "biologically" during sex even by cutting that thing give them more pride to be a real lady.

2) I wonder if during sex, is there any elasticity as those of the real pussy whom they will have some natural lubrication along the coarse of having sex. I believed freqently digging that hole will lead to some form of frictions and inflamation afterwards.
