DP way back in 1982 i was wandering around Angeles city and the Clerk air base, the billy boys used to hang around at the main gate area.
All the blokes i knew from back then, Mostly Aussies, used to call them billy boys. so did all the gogo girls in the bars. so billyboys they are.just a sex tourist looking for hot funComment

Rob69 is correct, Bakala or also Dragoon is the terms used in the PI. I heard these words used during an incident at the Intercontinental, involving two LB's in Makati.
