I'm very attracted to Femboys as I am to Ladyboys. Really, I have no preference one way or the other. I'm just wondering something. Are all Femboys awaiting transitioning to Ladyboys? Do most Femboys have the desire to become full fledged Ladyboys or are they satisfied with being Femboys? How many can't become Ladyboys due to lack of funds? I would imagine that a generic boy who wishes to become a girl would want to go all the way to Ladyboy status. I'm also curious to the amount of Ladyboys who wish to go all the way to a vagina. I would imagine that that is a very scary thing even it they are very motivated.Comment

I would say a femboy is a generally not planning to fully transition and may just be a crossdresser or a TS early in her transition. Sometimes they may even take hormones but just to appear more feminine. A femboy can also be a ladyboy but it depends who you talk to. If they have breast implants this is usually the biggest line between Femboy and ladyboy or transsexual. Femboy and Sissy are somewhat the same thing.
Thailand seems to have a higher proportion of ladyboys that go all the way than other places.
When they want the surgery, nothing really will stop them. It is quite amazing how easily most can cut off their junk.
Still it all depends on the person because some cannot even imagine disfiguring themselves in this way.
Thailand the surgery is fairly cheap compare to other countries, but most first world countries these days pay for Reassignment surgery so it is more a waiting game than a money game. Thailand you will find many only work in bars and such until they can raise the money for surgery or find a sponsor or both.
I attended Cake's SRS surgery and she didn't seem to have a second thought ever.
