i know it as non-fictional.   There was a series of Porn Movies made back in the 1980's  called;  Shemale Island.
 They were porn movies based off a Tale when Thai Fishermen would go out to sea to fish,  they would stop off at these Islands to have sex with casterateded boys so they would stay out Longer at sea to fish instead of coming home to their families.

 More time out at sea would bring in more money.
