Like rxpharm said, C&D is in Patong, Phuket...it's on a side street off the famous Bangla Road right next to the entrance to Seduction disco.

In the context of the whole Bangla Road scene, it's quite discreet and there's a good clean short time hotel directly opposite the entrance.
