What is a girl like Jenny or King actually? Nothing more than a very feminine looking boy with long hair and plugged eyebrows. Period! No hormones (or maybe 4-5 months max.!), no implants, nothing - so far! He could wear jeans, sneakers, shirt and a pony tail and would just be a "too beautiful" looking boy.
