Anyway, no really scientific definition can be applied to the whole thing. For sure, it is not just a lump of silycone or saline solution that makes the difference IMHO.
It's a lot about behavior, forma mentis, voice and attitude. Some that can 'officially' be called ladyboys since have implants are not feminine at all, even if the appearance is there. They are not taking any hormones and basically are just men with boobs! Leave alone the Casanova types that instead of hormones are probably having testosterone boosters
