I found pics of those t-girls on cafe.daum.net/PRINCESSWORLD. I registered for a daum.net account first (they had an option for foreigners and they needed your passport # instead of a Korean SSN) and then joined PRINCESSWORLD. I cant access the images posted by transgenders in the site anymore. I think it was due to them getting their own domain name at http://princessworld.net/ and moving the pics there.
But I havent joined that site.Comment

These are instructions for watching a special documentary of two 17 year old Korean transsexuals. One of them is shown in this pic wearing blue/yellow.
For the first time ever non-Koreans are able to view this type TV programming.
All you need to do is register on the SBS website:

"An interesting story on transgenders was from a TV documentary broadcasted by SBS in Seoul. A high-school boy whose body and mind had been closer to a girl underwent Sexual Reassignment Surgery with the help of the principal of the school and his classmates. The principal tried hard to pursuade the parents and classmates. He will soon transfer to a school for girls, and girl students there already cheer him (or her).
After watching the TV, people began to argue. Some criticized the TV show for brainwashing people to accept transgenders as norm. Some say it is too early for teenagers to undergo SRS. However, most viewers say they were deeply moved by the principal and classmates who not only accepted but also helped the 'queer' boy."Comment

I don't get it: I get the impression that SRS was still in the future. Did it already happen? I've come across that video before, but I didn't realize that SRS was discussed...
