The decision was made long time ago. But really needs some pointer on how to execute the plan. Unfortunatelly I seemed to have the toughest case?

Tickets are booked, hotels too - I like to plan ahead. But as of now I am still doing the local ts and you don't want to see them scanky ass drags. dallas is hell for LB lovers. Saving couple thousands on mortgage is not worthwhile at all!!! I wish I was still in OC.
