The test you performed was to do with network latency and not bandwidth. If the server does not have enough bandwidth then regardless of network latency things will still be slow. Due to the lower quality only 521 K b/s there may be a fair ammount of pixelation ,,,, the full finished members clips are 932 K b/s and for the most part are free of pixelation . If you want a sneak peek at the new members quality there is a link to an outake clip in the Technical Issues forum in the DivX poll thread . Not sure how you test determined that the server is not at fault. The test you performed was to do with network latency and not bandwidth. If the server does not have enough bandwidth then regardless of network latency things will still be slow.

Are you streaming the video chris9005 or downloading the clips ,, what media player are you using ?

I've downloaded the clips (right click/save target as....) and tried playing them on a DivX, Realplayer and Windows Media Player, all with similar results.
