About the girls let me check because I was just only 1 time there at Zeta Bar. Hookers are sure at Hard Rock Cafe to find which is in the same complex as Concorde Hotel. All the action is in this corner of the city.

Being a local in the KL scene, I have not really tried to pick up high class working girls. My "educated" guess would be to try the places suggested by KC. Hard Rock, Beach Club, Thai Club, all within the same area in Jalan Sultan Ismail. That would be the best bet. Whether they working girls there fall under the 'high class" moniker, it's a matter of intepretation.
Reflectionsgold, if you are willing to drop 100-150 USD, maybe you can try escort agencies. That seems more like a sure bet. The few times I've been to Zeta, I would not be able to 100% pick out working girls from the crowd, and I would say I'm a "old" hand at this. Goodluck in your hunt.
