Yep, the Kinsey report had flaws, and was re-done with the errors taken out, and published again (after he died), and produced THE EXACT SAME RESULTS! Anyhow, lots of other studies done after that, showing similar results, but different numbers. One thing all these studies have shown is that the world isn't homogenous, meaning if you have say 5% gay in USA, that has nothing do with how many gays there are in say Thailand. And the problem is that there haven't been many studies outside the US.

Anyhow, truth is, this is a really important topic for many guys who are on this site; and it really ain't so obvious. I was born, bread, true blue, lady chasing hetero, death onto me if I even looked at a penis, and I really thought that way too, until about 40 years old! And, as they say, once you go LB, you never come back. That triggered me to find out what the heck was I, and how did I suddenly change, that's why all this terminology mumbo-jumbo.

However, it is good for all the members to get some of the terminology down so you somewhat defend us when you get a chance, or at least can talk about it clearly to someone in a conversation. I thought I knew the basics and I didn't. Try looking up sexuality in the dictionary, the definitions are crap. Even "gender" is different in the 3 sources I used. But in the transgender academic community, there is pretty good consistency now (but not 100%). Some important ones to know the difference on are transvestite (cross-dresser; dresses in opposite sex's clothes as a sexual fetich) vs transsexual (believes their gender is different from their biological sex and live as that gender) and the notations MtF and FtM (male to female transsexual and female to male).

My favorite piss-me-off item recently was the United Press coverage of Miss Tiffany which was carried in every country in the world. It called the LBs "transvestites" and the show was about "gay men who parade around in gowns". The Phupae I sponsored is more feminine that the f'g female author who wrote that, and is definitely not a transvestited (sexual fetish), or gay man parading around in a gown.

My suggestion:  Have the 1st guy (the more femme one) get together with Anney, or any of the more popular girls, and photograph a transformation - - have the girl convert "him" into a "her".  Might be hot!
