Sadly, this type of lame attempt at scamming others is all too common on sites like that. I've often seen well known porn star fotos being used in similar types of ads on various sites, as well as familiar internet models.
Probably some long distance Nancy fan who has never met her, who has too much time on his hands that made that ad.
