mac shouldn't have anything to do with it......I am quite sure the browse buttun is still in the same place, just below the box that you are typing in your post.

Nevermind-I figured out another way to do it using the Image button.

Add Reply then Browse select your picture by clicking the open button on your browse dialog (PC) then when you hit the Add Reply button your picture will be displayed.

Using the Image button requires the image to be hosted on a web server somewhere as it will tranlate the URL you have given to <img src="URL" />

But using the browse feature allows you to grab a picture from your hard drive or network storage.
