Well, truth is we probably all have it wrong.

Is femboy vs ladyboy a physical or mental thing?

For me, I "feel" this is a boy (mental appearance, if there is such a thing), but the face looks like a LB (physical).

I'd say, technically, fem vs lady is a mental thing.
