Correct. Actually I had to use pieces from three sources.

I flipped part of the torso and modified that to cover part of the peepee. Then I used the vag from one chick (which came with free butthole, which looked good so I decided to keep it).

Then I had to get the top part from another chick to have some more thatch and skin to cover.

I took advantage of a new feature in Photoshop CS2. It has a color match feature that allows you to match up colors between two images. It worked great to get the new skin tones to match my base image. I've had to do that manually before and it's one of the biggest give-aways if it's not perfect.

Also, I have an enormouse, and very well organized, collection of porn from the web. That allows me to go to my folder of asian girls to get good matches for hair type and skin tone.

Actually, I'm curious about how you organize your pics. I kinda throw mine into splits like GG/TS, white/asian, nude/bikini/etc. If I have more than a handful, it'll be by a girl's name. Other than that, it's a mess.

Glad you asked.

I use two great programs for my world of porn.
1. ASP1-A3
It has a funny name, but it's basically a newsgroup JPG stripper. You set up your list of newsgroups you want to monitor and it automatically crawls through and pulls the JPG images out of the messages and saves them into a folder under that newsgroup name. It has customizable settings to set size limits of pictures, cut down on spam, and so forth.

2. ThumbsPlus
I don't know what the current licensing deal is for this, but at one point it was $75 for the full version I think. It's well worth every penny.
ThumbsPlus is by Cerious software and it is an image thumbnail viewer. I use it to look at my porn and as a thumbnail program while working in Photoshop.

I have my Thumbsplus set up to cover the top 2/3 of my desktop so I can see Photoshop peeking out beneath it. If I see an image I want to work with, I can drag it straight to the Photoshop desktop.

When watching my porn, I sort through what the newsgroups dropped in. You can arrange the thumbnails in many ways, but I sort by date, most recent first. I also have a setting where deleting an image moves you to the next image.

Therefore I can click on image number one, and watch sort of a slideshow with one hand. If I want to keep an image I hit the spacebar. If I want to delete it, I hit the delete key. (I can do this with my thumb and pinky finger very quickly). Either button advances me to the next image.

It's a great way to sort. If I ever go back to just watch porn, I can find the directoy I like at the moment and turn on the actual slideshow, and just sit back and enjoy.

If I manually download any images, I just save them intot he closest relevant catagory of newsgroup folder. (Shemale, asian, anime, big tits, etc.)

And as to point one, I hope I'm not as sad as all that. All my graphics gear serves two purposes. It's just a nice coincedence that I can piggyback my porn habit to take advantage of the same efficiency.
