Apparently it's not an habit, at l;east in north and central Thailand. Probably in Southern Thailand, being partially muslim, it should be. Same as you find Malaysian and Indonesian with cut foreskin.
I don't mind uncut but the problem is that I've met quite a few lb's with serious problem to retreat the foreskin and cannot masturbate or make love properly.

A lot of LBs cannot roll back the foreskin. Not sure the reason for that, but it is like it was never rolled back, and is extremely painful (read: impossible) to do so now. The foreskin problem is in fact something strange but not surprising. Quite a number of newborn babies has the foreskin problem and need to undergo surgery at a very very young age. Of course back in Europe parents tend to be more careful with kids and I would expect in a not-so-developed country like Thailand things could be different.
I remember when I was 9 or 10 wasn't much different from them. I almost had no idea that I could roll the foreskin back and I was extremely scared to do it! Never actually did till was 14 or 15.
Even managed to break the frenulum once i was having some hard sex in my 20's
Finally had to undergo to circumcision for serious balanitis not many years ago.
In fact, I tell to most lb's why they don't get circumcised first I/O thinking at making themsleves boobs, chin, cheecks and so on. A circumcision in Thailand will cost very little money. Yes..at least 20% and possibly more. Last time I got 2 lb's on 2 having it, and one was quite serious!
Could that be the fact they unconscioulsy refuse the ability/capability of having sex as a male and the use of the dick?
As I said, I was having serious problems (balanitis) and finally had to undergo to circumcision but sure I don't know of any of my friends who has problems in roling back the foreskin.

This question came up here already twice - once by me. Fimosis seems to be widespread anomaly in Asia - saw it on guys as well and have no clue why, but it might be the reason that in the west something like that is normally corrected in baby age, which's of course not the case in 3rd world countries. Anyway, masturbating and having sex causes real pain if you have that, but one should explain to them that they just have to get circumsized and it's not necessary to cut off the whole thing....
