Speaking of stealing people's photos

there is a website on the internet right now that is using photos from this website, deleting the logos and sending them up for their people to see.  The latest ones were of Kai, and they also have photos of Vicky,  Natasha and the Kings Castle crowd taken right from our pages.

they say that it is OK to remove the logo's and send them up there; we say it is NOT!  that is what we preach here and we do not want you guys to do that please, and if you see any of our photos on other peoples websites with or without the logo's, please report that to us here. Their reasoning as to why deleted logo photos can be used; If the logo is on they are the property of a commercial website, and if they are gone than it is OK.  What?  They are STILL the property of the person who took them, regardless of whether the logo is there or not.

That's too bad. Are they making money from the use of the photos? I would be pissed if they were. But what action can you take, if any?

no, it was just that one person had removed the logo's and sent them on to a message board; the owner of the message board didn't do it and is not making money from that but it is still wrong. he was actually polite and cordial about our pics and took care of this matter quickly.

they have since been removed, but please notify us if you see that elsewhere
