One small contribution: the "Coco" in question above used to be "Tik" in Cocktails and Dreams bar. She had just moved to Hi Boss from Phuket when I saw her there this Spring, and was overtly disconcerted when I recognized her. Jimbo seemed to think she may have had to get away from a sponsor or some such thing. In any event, he wished her well, and so do I . . .

...and it will be a little busines move around.....same Pond move from patty to phuket.......they follow theyr ideas where it's more easy to find money at the moment...
