I would have said no but after some scrutiny, I am not so sure. Facially they aren't exactly the same but that could be down to a few years difference in time between pictures being taken. But comparing bodies, they have identical body types. Almost too close not to be the same girl.
I know a skinny femboy is going to look much the same as the next one but the proportions are so close. Arms, hands, fingers, shoulders, rib cage, all the same.
If I was forced to choose, I would say they are the same. Well spotted Ernesto...

Very nice Ernesto but I'm 100% sure it's a different girl.
The face is a different shape, the eyebrows are different and your girl has a distinctive mole on her chest which the original picture does not.

..I'm voting with Ernesto on this one, looks can change quite quickly for LBs, I could assemble a nice catalog of familiar LBs we've seen here & how they've changed over the years; i.e. Ming, Eye, Emma, etc. ... this is one case where a tat would help confirm the identity if it was there earlier, one feature that does stand out is the hair color because you don't see many LBs with this shade of color; seems she has a preference for it & probably thinks it gives her look more western look.. in any case it would help to see more of those pics from that web site to make a better judgement if the two are the same LB..
