I hear spots like Soi 6 and Soi 7/8 are crazy. Of course it'll proliferate everywhere in the next few days.
I've been mostly staying in. "Play water" is only fun if you doing some of it. Only being on the receiving end is not my idea of fun.

Left the Mosaik last night around 10 p.m. and walked down Pattaya Tai without any major incidents. Turned into WS and stayed near the bars and businesses, still dry. Came up to Soi VC and went down to BR - still good. Hooked up with one of the lbs there and she said that it was ok to walk back as people on Baht buses got soaked all the time.
Just some (stupid) falang thought he had to try his water gun on me. Fortunately it was clean water and we made it home fairly unaffected. A long session with beautiful Ann (formerly quite frequently starred on Ladyboygold.com) made me forget any hits from waterguns I had taken b4.
