 Didnt mean I hated her in particular, my post should have said SUPERSTARS as in the generalisation of those's that develope a head up there arse attitude.

I had nothing but praise and admiration for her looks and performance and told her so at the time... so Im just as guilty of stroking her ego... but if she's devolped a higher than mighty attitude  as a result.... then she's not for me anymore

But... if it turns out that I DID say that then I was mentally incompetant at the time and not responsible for my actions and prescription medicines are to blame...

If it turns out that I was in fact legally sane and competant to stand trial for a quote that I may or may not have said (and was probably taken out of context if I did say it), then I am very very sorry... I will disappear from public life for about three years and re-emerge in a few years time bigger and better than ever with the support of the public and the tabloid press...

I'm AMAZED that they are there long term and not taken away and given as normal a life as they could have. You take girls like Joy or Jane and I find it hard to believe that they haven't met someone through the bar that hasn't wanted to sponsor them permanently.

Maybe they dont want to be "sponsored".

A lot of the girls like the friendship and comraderie of the bar and love the money they are earning.

Do you really think they are going to sit at home watching TV every evening, when all their friends are out , either in the bars or with their friends?

forgive my if i am a bit naive with my following opinions as i have only comparatively recently become a lb admirer. From the many posts ive read
isnt it the nature of the beast that the vast majority of lb lovers actually dont want or are not able to have long term relationships? But basically dip into the lb world for a crazed few weeks or days and then go back to the 'orthodox' life?. They may have some sort of relationship, seeing their fave lb every now and again when holidays, business and money allows?
Also, particularly if its an 'occasional' if serious relationship, it must be very difficult for some of these lbs to leave the lifestyle? Especially if their boyfriend is away for several months.? (cf Matrix/Emma)
Can their egos cope with being miss orthodox? after being wined and dined, clubs, bought presents, holidays etc by their many admirers? Seeing their lb friends in the usual haunts getting the attention that they have taken for granted.
I may be very wrong here but from my reading on this site i have got the impression that not many lbs are sponsored? rather they are greatly indulged when their 'regular' guy makes the occasional visit?

I haven't noticed her change of attitude but I've heard reports that others don't get on with her. Some girls are just a magnet for drama and it's these few (Emma, Chompoo, Areeya etc) that get the most interesting (and usually untrue) things said about them!

Why do people assume that a girl in her late teens or early twenties will want to give up her social life ? What you have in affect is a guy 2 sometimes 3 times their age basicly paying them to give up their life style .
These girls arent daft , they can suss potential sponsors out a mile away , and will tell them what they need to hear .
Of the girls Ive got to know over the last couple of years in Pattaya I could name quite a few who have sponsors , but this isnt a situation that will last too long in any case , given the case the sponsor lives on the other side of the world and can only manage short holidays to Thailand , so the girls make hay while the sun still shines .
Every girl I know with a sponsor still works as a hooker .
Some have Thai boyfriends .
One throws a party at her favorite gay bar once a month when the sponsors money rolls in , the rest keeps up her yaa baa habit .
If a guy wants to do this fine by me , maybe he gets some satisfaction from doing good ....
But dont let any of us kid ourselves that throwing money at people will change their lives .

I second that "wise words" thanks Stogie. I seldom travel to Thailand, but I will be there in Nov 07. The fantasy is great, but reality is reality. It is always great to hear from people who live there and know the real deal. Advice has always saved my ass and I listen most of the time.
