What Price Quality

I think I am correct in saying the 131 bar fine is 300 baht for a take away and 500 to go upstairs and soil the sheets.

Yes I myself am also confused about this since I was always charged 500 even when taking the girl out of the bar? I also though it was 300 for the bar fine and 200 for the room upstairs?
