Yes I know Beam but hardly bump into her these days - I think the last time was at Starlight in soi 6/1 but she is looking a wreck to be honest.

Not so sure about what you would need for Pang and Mintt but I doubt either of them are outside your financial means - certainly Pang is not one of the top barfiners out of Guess from what I have seen, however Mintt is up there in the top tier along with Jane, Eats, Jenny, Joy etc.
