I can tell you that this thread has the complete attention of the management, that it has been discussed at length & I expect some response soon.
These are both reasonable & decent people we are dealing with here & they are not dismissing Pentire's complaint nor turning a blind eye to other comments.
I may find myself on the outer here by asking for a reply but ultimately this can only be beneficial to the Penthouse.
