Everywhere you find a different situations, different cameras and lenses...
I this case I try to reduse the flash light, cause mirrors around...
In the next days I post some portraits with F 8 , with sharp backround,mirrors and a well known girl.....

Dieter, very good photos, I think you are using the big Minolta Flash 5600HS - very powerful, I've got the Sony version.
The cabaret show is tiny, it even looks smaller than the Moulin Rose in Soi Bangla! Glad you were able to see it, any size audience makes the showgirls happy in a small cabaret!

I use also a Sony F56 and when I need more light I can in addition use a Minolta 5400 or 5600 HS in rear mode.....
But this was nothing when you outside...
