Time for a trip to Sallys Bar in Jomtien , a place to relax and enjoy the general ambiance .

I guess I'm still attempting to grasp why she was given the nickname Rambo.

She does appear to be built similar to Sylvester Stallone's character Rambo, although perhaps I'm missing something.
