Congratulations Tia on an excellent website, as professional as any I have ever seen...
With holidays from the 2nd of Feb to the 15th of March, life sounds good.
Enjoy your visit to Thailand & do make an effort to get to Sukhumvit Soi 4, the home of the infamous Nana Plaza & closeby,
the Guess Bar, the only ladyboy cocktail bar in town & the unofficial meeting place for all ex-pat ladyboy lovers, nearly all members of this forum.
To overcome any shyness, send a message to one of the regulars, either Stogie, the webmaster here or Snick, who is a moderator.
They will ensure your time there will be relaxed & informative. They can introduce you to all the members who are bound to arrive to welcome a special guest...
Plus there are a room full of Thai ladyboys who would love to meet you. They will be beside themselves to talk with a cousin from Toronto.
I just wish I was in town to say hello myself...
Despite the high cost of living, it continues to be popular.
I am currently in London and touring the UK as a tourist till March 15. It's really beautiful as well as progresive here.
The UK nowadays is different compared to the one i used to know few years back. It's better indeed.
Now about Bangkok:
i did not enjoy the nightlife of Bangkok too much. Too bad really.
Part of the reason is because i did not know where to go, the other is because most ladyboy bars are go go bars. On top of it, my dad was with me most of the time.
However, i did enjoy the scenery though.
Besides Bangkok, we went to Kanchanabury, Chiangmai and the surroundings.
Next time you go to BKK. I would suggest go by yourself.. put up on this board your travel dates.. And I am sure few BM who live in BKK per sure will be more than happy to show you around.
