A newbie question, what happens when you ring the bell for 6000 baht?

jb8, ringing the bell signifies you are buying drinks for all the ladies in the bar, (and sometimes fellow punters), which can add up to a large checkbin (bill). Of course the ladies get excited and will often scream when the bell is rung.
