SO its not just me with LB radar on then.
When I was there in 99 wasnt any Lbs on the scene just hungry Khmers and vulture type Viets!!!!
Looks like a side trip to PP/Sihanoukville wont be a waste of time if ever you have to go on visa runs atc...
Hope you like the beaches at Snooky I know I did & stayed near Ochetual beach which is quite popular and has grown no doubt so should have bars/rests and plenty guesthouses there now.

B.B if your looking for l/b/s in Snuk'ville try the bars on Victory hill, a couple of the French run places usually have one or two hanging around. Can recomend The Marina Hotel, very clean place, big bright room, a/c, fridge, hot water, cable 12u.s$ (8 without a/c) And do pop in to Starfish cafe , behind the towns best supermarket, great people great grub great cause. Serendipity is a decent place to spend an evening on a beach.Comment
