It's between the two. My gf knew the names, not me - do you live here? Your knowledge of Bali seems to suggest so.
Never been to eat at Kudeta - too pricey 4 me - I'm a skinflint, & only eat where Indonesians eat - cheap, and delicious food at the warungs nearby - well, some of them, anyway.
My gf & humble self have a room on jl. Dyana Pura, near jl. Legian.

the name you should looking for might be pantai Colega, it is a gay beach, I never go there, as I am not gay i do not like to be lurked as something weird thre, but I've heard they provide good massage, if you dare!...

Nah - I'm too non-gay for massage, but I sometimes stop there as it's a comfortable, peaceful & cheapish place to have an avocado juice, whilst sitting in the shade, at a table.
My gf is more bothered about it being a gay hangout than I am, which, to my mind, is odd thinking for a ladyboy.
