Happy you are enjoying the photos, however, I must make it clear I was not the photographer, I just downloaded them from the website and reposted.

They show a side of lb life we don't often see, so I felt it was a good idea to share as the original site has bandwith limitations. There was a caption that these are all public domain as well, so no copyright problems.

Yes, the person who took these photos did a very good job, and was using a good low light camera.

Great set of pics and good notes from DutchCowboy. I like the situation capture and compositions too.

Easy way to make it look more artistic for photoshop users is to daownload the free lomo action and just press the button.

Here are some before/after pics from some of pics found from this board (sorry for borrowing without the permission of the author) - I hope i know how to attach pics... if no - sorry to boter you all.

Lefty, sorry I missed your question before - hard to say if these were scans of photos - but certainly they had to be taken with an SLR either a film SLR or a digital SLR. The digital SLRs of today are quite amazing at capturing images. If you take a look in the Technical Form there is an active thread on Digital SLRs. The quality of the photo also depends on the photographer. This person did a great job.
