The way pedophiles get caught is because they are idiots who believe the internet is anonymous and so they go to alt.moron news groups and post photos/videos of themselves committing a CRIME.
The idea that there are shadowy groups of little old British women following all you Pattaya perverts around is laughable. Trust me, nobody CARES what you do down there. A more likely explanation is that some jealous, fat old hag was taking the piss out of you, and you swallowed her fable hook-line-and-sinker.

They focussed on the serial ones, there are places they go to pick up kids and the (APGS) monitor the activities and build up dossiers on the individuals. They often arrange sting operations where the BIB come rushing in and catch the Paedo in bed and make an arrest.
While They dont waste efforts trying to catch the drunk farang who brings home a 17 yr old believing she is 18, it's still a good idea to let the hotel reception check the id and confirm her age. If it appears ok, there is not much more that you can do apart from enjoy the rest of the evening.

First of all, Janabiyah said he once met one Britsh lady who said she was part of an active anti paedo grouip, which you change to "shadowy groups of little old British women".
Then he said this British woman told him they focused on serial offenders, which you changed to "following all you Pattaya perverts around". Anyone with an ounce of sense could see the difference between what Janabiyah said and your over the top interpretation. Twisting posts like that would make you a good candidate for working for the Republicans, while they try to get their next war monger presidential nominee elected.
Whether you want to believe it or not you drunken old sott, there are foreigners in Pattaya who work for the Tourist Police. Just open your bloodshot eyes while you stagger to your next barstool and you may see one of them.
So, that being the case, foreigners could very well also be working or helping out in other facets of law enforcement there too. Things to that effect have even been mentioned in Pattaya newspapers in the past few years.
