Went out to dinner with TTChang... met up with a bunch of guys and headed from La Bamba to the VIP bar complex...

There were loads of bars but only the ladyboy bar and one other (private party) was busy...

We managed to get a few people into Rosscos super wagon, but some followed on the bus (and beat us there!)

The girl I was after was fortunately working at a very quite bar just away from the noisy hell hole that everyone else was at. The noise is a nightmare - it's just not funny!

Anyway - I got ~~talking to~~ communicating with Am and we arranged to meet up tomorrow.. (actually had a lot of help from one of her friends!) I need to get some energy back from the gallon of jizz I emptied on my femboy earlier today, so I'm back in this crappy room alone!

This ladyboy is adorable and she can't nag me or tell me lies because she's a deaf mute. But she won't laugh at my jokes either!

I'll let you know how I got on tomorrow... as she's coming over!

your comments on The Haven on soi13 are curious...I wonder if there is a great difference in rooms...I stayed there last July for about 10 days and was happy...and Im pretty picky...friendly staff, nice large bathroom with proper fittings...nice large king bed room w/frig and safe big enough to take my laptop...nice pool with no hassle if you want to use it late-nite...nice restaurant with decent food (nothing special, but ok, no free breakfast though)...all for 800Baht...solid 3-star spot, not a resort...but ALWAYS clean and bug free...good mid-way location between WS and Soi6...and very close to soi13/1.

Anyway...I thinking of doing Secrets for a few days this summer, then moving back over to The Haven or maybe try the Areca Lodge or PBR, not sure...will be interested to hear SBs comments back...always open to learning more.

I had to go down stairs to get the bug spray to remove the swarms of ants. I've had to force the air con to stay on all the time because it doesn't work properly. TT Chang actually refused to stay in his first room he was given! The rooms are dusty and grubby. Bits of skirting board wood are lying around the floor where they have fallen away from the wall. The ceiling fan has never been cleaned!

(I've stayed here before but for 960 baht this isn't value for money.)

The staff are nice and the pool is clean...

I can't wait to get back to the PBR...

It is quite OK for a couple of days, IMO, and I agree with Homeless about the plus points (esp the restaurant food). VG location too. And the free WiFi is good.
