I met up with Si Geena to check out the finals of Ms Drag Universe 2008. The winner was Ms Indonesia, who definitely wasn't the best. I think it was rigged like most pageants are. No pictures from me, boys. The photos I took are useless because they're so blurry. Here are some clips I took. Hey, they're taken using a phone so don't complain about the quality!

Ms India was the hottest for me. Total superstar. She won 3rd place. I know you can't see her clearly in the clip. You can also check out some photos of her from vicesisters.


Here's Ms Japan, who's also very cute.


With Ms Puerto Rico, there was a bit of a Ms Teen South Carolina moment during her interview. The judge asked some crappy question, "The modernization of society brings about its downfall. Please give your comments". Not exactly typical subjects I discuss with lbs here. The judges had to change questions three times before she was able to answer. Poor girl! As I mentioned before, this competition was strung out over 2 events when I saw very little need to do so, other than to milk the receipt proceeds. In fact, I believe some sleight of hand was involved as well.

Ms. China who got through to the second round was not participating in the finals. No idea why.

Ms. Puerto Rico seem to have been swapped by another girl. I can assure FF that the previous one was full of poise and confidence, whereas this final one was close to a twittering fool.

FF, good shots and totally agree that India and Japan stand out. India for her beauty and confidence, and Japan, well, we all like our Ah-Lians.
