Maybe I sound insensitive but its not the case at all. I do care! But if I had to live my whole life based on how everyone might be sensitive to me.. I would not be living my life as I want it. So you can accept me and my flaws as I am or you can't.

Good choice in Candy. Should give the hi-so Thais and the tourists something to talk about! When i told her Jim and I were visiting Malta alternate weeks to see her, she said 'you are friends, why not come the same week, spend the days on the beach, then see me alternate nights'. Very bright
That arrangement could work out fine seeing as neither of us are the jealous type .

You may very well ask what I was doing taking their photo, but I was in a fast getaway boat at the time! Maybe they were auditioning for Village People? (I wouldn't have suggested that to their face)

Very few western white farangs in BKK just now. So mostly Indian, Middle Eastern, and some Thais on board. Not too much gawping, and the boat gave us a quiet table for two. Food was good, and plentiful (once the initial scrummage subsided)
Chao Phraya Princess cruise - recommend it. Very well run. A TLF group night out (with LB partners) would be sanook
I'm amazed at how many dinner cruise ships go out every night from River City. Of course, this is something that all races -couples, families, & groups of mongers can enjoy

The changing face of Nana Plaza (ground floor). Pharaohs and the two bars behind it have been flattened. Changes the whole 'ambience'
The mama/gay san at Obsessions tells me that it will be open air tables.....nice in the rainy season
(now). But when I asked a few more questions, he/she said 'I not know' .... so maybe just an unreliable bit of gossip.
Not very good photos, but you might get the idea of 'before' and 'after'

Thanks TT for the pix of Candy on the cruise and the current state of NEP. I wish the hell they would level that back beer bar in front of Obsessions also, and you know why don't you?! hahahahaha :-)
I think your idea of booking a dinner cruise of a number of BMs and their LB dates is terrific. Count me in. Just tell me when.
