Well, yes, circumcision is the obvious solution but there is corrective surgery for those who don't want a full circ.  In most cases it's a relatively minor and cheap surgery. Particularly in BKK. Lots cheaper and far less dangerous than these horrific boob jobs, that's for sure. And the money that they spend to defile their own bodies with hideous tatoos!

On the aesthetics of the thing opinions may vary and I don' t want to go into that, but one of the the main problems with phimosis is hygiene (the other ones are the dick's owner problem    ). I don't know how to put this tactfully, but if you can't wash what's accumulating inside, where does it go and how? Think about it... Well, don't think about it too much!

They have very good doctors in Thailand, and costs are cheap so with the amount of facial and boob surgery that some of these afflicted boys are getting, you'd think that a professional would mention to them along the way that their little phimosis problem is easy and cheap to fix. Or other lb's that have had the fix...

Sorry about bringing that up though. I'm sure I didn't make any friends here...??? But watching these pictures and the numbers affected is really surprising.
