Someone posted a copy of a form they claim to have recieved at the Omni Complex in Bangkok when bringing a ladyboy back to his room.
The form is a waiver that informs the renter that the date he is bringing home is not a genetic lady but in fact a ladyboy.
They are required to complete the form confirming they know it's a ladyboy and asking the price negotiated.
