Just home from los

Just got back on Sunday after a 3 week part business part holiday trip to the land of smiles and other asian countries.

Trip highlights:

1) Met a ladyboy called Boy!
2) Visited Chiang Mai, what a great place, you really have to go there.
3) Great fun with my girl friend as ever!
4) Tried a motor bike taxi for the first time, terrified at first but loved it! 5 miles for the wonderful sum of 20 baht!

Now suffering Post LOS Blues but it is good to be home again, planning next trip already!!!

thanks for saying Hi, Thaipan, and happy you had fun over there. please tell us more when you get your head screwed on straight. and yes, I and probably everyone else here can relate to the post-LOS blues.....I have had them for a week now.

ain't that the truth......I love Thailand and as i have said many times, it's frustrating as hell sometimes but still the best place I have ever been in my 6+ years of travelling.

to quote Spalding Gray, the humorist who committed suicide recently by jumping off the Staten Island ferry, "For the man who knows that after he dies his history will last maybe 20 minutes at most, that man should go to Thailand. But, he should be careful because it inflates your estrogen and ego in the worst way, making it difficult to re-enter the west".

being home 9 days now and depressed the whole time, I can relate. Bet you can also, Thaipan.
