Lots of bargirls like all sorts of guys. They tend to like Japanese, American or European looking men simply because they spend lots of money.
Tons of Thais are really dark and most of them turn dark fast in the sun. White skin is highly valued in Thailand however.

In general the bar workers generally would go with any nice guy. They tend to not like those that appear from Africa or Middle East. Not due to color but because of how they have been treated by people from these areas.
