I've never been to a soapy massage in Bangkok and I'm not sure if any there have ladyboys. It is possible to get a private soapy massage from some ladyboys on request. Pattaya has many more soapy massage places than Bangkok I believe but still not that many ladyboys in them. The only place I have gotten a soapy massage by a ladyboy is at Tootsie's ladyboy massage in Phuket.

Most ladyboys won't have a problem with another trans as long as they don't view you as competition for tourist men. Approaching them as fellow LGBTQ persons may be a little of a turn off.
