Onlyfans has been named in a class action lawsuit.
To me I have never liked how you can't see any previews before you sign up for a model.
They are claiming there is fake chatters on profiles pretending to be the models and other misleading things.
One thing is for sure, these guys have made a bloody fortune.
The lawsuit claims this practice constitutes fraud, breach of contract, and violations of consumer protection laws, as subscribers were manipulated into spending significant amounts of money under false pretenses. Defendants in this case include OnlyFans’ parent company, Fenix International Limited, Fenix Internet LLC, and several marketing and talent agencies, such as Boss Baddies LLC, Moxy Management, Unruly Agency LLC, Behave Agency LLC, A.S.H. Agency, Content X, Verge Agency, and Elite Creators LLC
Many creators on onlyfans are a ripoff but usually they don't charge much.
Some are fantastic like Asian Taylor!
