no, that's the real thing; I couldn't believe when she took that thing out.....I have never seen a head bigger than that in all my life. very small also....about 5 foot 1 and 100 pounds and has a very squeeky, high-pitched voice.

My goodness, yes...
By all means Minirva! Very striking. Its a shame that I am only
four hours away from that lovely place. We have a lot of Phillipinos here and they always go back to visit their families, so the air fare is very cheap. Round trip is only $400. A lot of people go to the P.I. for dental work because its only 1/3 what it costs in the states. I would like to have Minirva perform some dental work on me with that big instrument of hers...wow her picture is already on my wall..LOL.
I think I will leave for P.I. in another month or so.
