So I went out to get my Covid test on the corner here, the same place as Fernanda went. However that location was closed for some reason. So i walked up the street and found another testing location. When i went there it seemed very relaxed and not very serious. The guy at the table seemed very relaxed, possibly stoned.
I filled out a form on my phone and ordered the PCR test which is required by Canada. Then i paid and went in for the test.
The lab technician was very bitchy. Then she took the swab and barely put it up one nostril which is not the same as the many other tests I have had, the other tests hurt and they put it up both nostrils. After i left the guy said you results would be ready in 15 minutes. I said, I ordered a PCR test how is that possible. Then he said, in that case your test will be ready in 10 hours.

When i got back to my room I had the results of a Rapid Antigen test already in my email. I'm like what the fuck!
The worst thing is the test was positive. Not possible when she barely took a sample. I think the technician did not know what she was doing.

If you are in Mexico do not go to these Mavelesa locations, they suck.

So as soon as I got home I went back out to find another testing location. I went to a different company called Protech to get my PCR test.
8 hours later they sent me a NEGATIVE result. So I am on my way to a Covid Hotel in Toronto on Friday.

I paid $100 a day extra for that crap.
It was a Crowne Plaza, I was expecting better. But I guess I can’t complain or the feds will come take me away.
3 days without leaving the room and I wasn’t even having sex.
$1000 for 3 days
At least that food probably kills any COVID.

2 more weeks I wouldn’t have to stay in The covid hotel. If I was vaccinated I could just quarantine at home. Still I have been on vacation 5 months, time to go home.

Why don't you just get vaccinated and save yourself all the troubles. Future ones, too. To date that vaccines have already proven they work. I got my 2 Pfizer shots last May, and I sleep very well. As you know this infection spike is from the unvaccinated naysayers. Go ahead and become a Covid longhauler or die. I would love that the overpopulation shrinks even a little bit. As for traveling to Thailand I have already resigned myself to forgetting about returning. 8 consecutive trips is enough. I have walked just about every street, every major shopping centers, temple, every bar along Sukhumvit, Soi Cowbody, and Nana Plaza. Visited Bangkok, Pattaya, and ripoffy Phuket. Don't think Cambodia, Siem Reap, Angkor Wat, and Chiang Mai is worth flying 18 hours from Honolulu. Better to just visit them on YouTube.com. Can't catch Covid online. Got lucky not to get AIDS after so many pretty Katoeys. Chatuchak Market is now closed until who knows when. Even after Stringfellows, Pattaya Obsessions, and King's Bar closed up I never thought ALL bars in Thailand would close. If you've read the Pattaya city council is refusing to renew bar licenses. Seems that they are following Chan Ocha's clean up plans to ban all forms of prostitution, secret party's, and drugs. Believe it or not he could very well succeed in creating a vacation paradise for RICH tourist. Prostitution will have to go underground into online dating sites. Wonder if hotel ESCORT policies will end also. Those to flew into the Phuket and Ko Samui sandboxes now find themselves stuck in place. The government shut down all domestic flights from the RED ZONES. I guess the train is the next option. As you've said before who wants to visit Thailand with everybody wearing masks. I want to see the Land of Smiley faces. I am already seeing masked tourists and local people everyday. With the constant mutations occurring non-stop around the world eventually there will rise a new virus that will kill you in 3 days. Before a new vaccine can be developed in 1.5 years. Extinction possible? Get ready to kiss your asses goodbye!

Lots of vaccinate people are still catching it. That is what worries me about Thailand, even if most are vaccinated, cases may pop up.
I am home so I can get vaccinated any time i want after quarantine. I was unable to get vaccinated in Brazil or Mexico.
In Canada even vaccinated people have to quarantine and take all the tests on arrival from out of country, they just don't have to stay in covid hotels anymore.

I agree about Fernanda. Did you sleep with her EVERY NIGHT AND ALL NIGHT? Cum 3 times every night? Did that when I visited Taipei back in 1972 as a graduation present from my generous folks. Got into lots of arguments with the Chinese hookers who thought "all night" meant cum once and sleep all night. Boy, was I an energetic ENERGIZER BUNNY. Never forgot Bow do Lee and Jan Sun Road where the young girls were only US$1.25 a shot. After I ate a full dinner and took a bath I would taxi over to my favorite places around 10 PM and score some of the most lovely girls 3 times. Then I would eat hot ramen and shop in the all-night street sellers. Even watched a monkey placed inside a table with a hole. They ate it's brain. Whoa!
