Here is a couple pictures from a party we went to on Saturday. It is outside and fairly spaced out.
No one wears masks in these parties. I'm convinced Brazil has already hit herd immunity, no matter what stats say.
Grey Goose vodka and redbull. Yummy!
There was only 1 or 2 TS at this party other than the one that was with us.

Well today Air Canada cancelled my flight back to Canada in May.
I guess Canada is locking down for good? Nothing makes sense anymore.

In February 2020 after I returned from seeing my girlfriend, I booked another trip to the Philippines for July 2020. Of course the flights got canceled when they shut everything down. A couple of weeks ago, a year later, I got a credit on my credit card for the flights. I never thought I would see that money again!

Air Canada is giving refunds to flights cancelled due to Covid in exchange for a government bail out.
So it isn't really a refund at all if I get it.

My mother is all worried about me due to the lies about Brazil. As I have already posted the case rate in the State of Rio de Janeiro is very close to that of the province of Alberta. However Alberta has 3 million people while Rio has over 20 million.
It's just a political bullshit show. Once they have the power they won't give it up. Even though logic tells us the virus is not that serious.
Lockdowns don't work, it is almost proven. They just extend things and force people to cram at home together.
Curfews cause people to do stuff at the same time. Closing businesses force people into a limited number of places.
Not one thing makes any logical sense, but they keep doing it.
Doug Ford says he has to listen to his health experts even though he is the boss. Does no one choose logic over reality?
These health professionals have never been through and actual pandemic before, how do they know what to do either.
In fact this is the only time these health professionals matter or have power that they may never see again.
Getting paid hundres of thousand of year.
It was determined lockdowns don't work in the Spanish flu pandemic.
Health professionals including Fauchi concluded masks don't work long ago and even said that they caused mass numbers of cases of bacterial pneumonia during the Spanish flu epidemic. Now if a mask cause lung disease, they will just call it Covid and move on.

Well I'm not burning it up with the TS in Brazil but I am hanging out with some and meeting a few. However I went with some of my friends to visit the island of Ilha Grand which is off the coast of Brazil in Rio de Janeiro province. We hired an Uber to take us to the docks at Praia De Conceição de Jacareà where we got on a shared boat to Ilha Grande Island. It is about a 2 hour drive at a cost of about $50 USD in the Uber car. The shared boat to the island was also around $50 for 3 of us. There was already 3 other people we know on the island. We travelled to the beach village of Abraao on the island.

We arrived at the island in about 20 minutes. Then we went to find out hotel which was the CLH suites which was about $30 USD per night. The room was clean and decent with a super hard single bed.

The first day we went for lunch then 3 of us went on a shared boat to visit some different beaches only accessible by boat.
It was about $100 for the afternoon with 3 people and 2 others on the way there and different people on the way back. Boats this size were restricted to 6 people and maybe could hold 10 normally.
The first beach we pulled up in a quiet bay after about a 20 minute ride on the ocean. It was calm water and good for snorkelling and relaxing there was 10 or so boats anchored there and there was some people that were staying nearby. There was also a llittle floating bar there.
There was also a path that led over to another beach that was more open to the ocean with a bigger tide.
It was about a 15 mintue walk through the jungle.

So we we hiked over to the beach on the other side of place we were at. It was not calm but had big waves but a very deserted beach considering you had to take a boat to the first beach and walk 15 minutes over to this one. We hung out there and some animals came to see what we were doing.
Also a shot of the GF of my friend in her Brazilian bikini.
