This is an lb contest sponsored by Mimosa City of Love, Pattaya, a European style shopping and dining complex, which also has the Mimosa Cabaret Show - an outdoor cabaret show.

I heard a story that the owner is a Thai lb, who was married to a European millionaire. They were together for a number of year, but he passed away, leaving his fortune to her. She used part of the money to build Mimosa, City of Love in Pattaya, as well as the cabaret show.
