Hi, i have with much luck gotten myself a young local TS girlfriend.

My question is, we are considering visiting Thailand, Bangkok and Pattaya, would it be any problem going there for my GF, she is still a pretty new young TS? Or anything we/she should be aware of?

Yes the rate she could get paid is much less than in Europe. If she is non-Asian then she could possibly get a higher price if she could find the right customers.
Japanese and other rich guys will pay more for something different than the standard Thai fare. It may be possible to work in bars but then she will probably be required to be at the bar every day unless she had a customer. Bars hire Cambodians, Chinese, Malaysians and Laotians so they could hire anyone.
Otherwise she could advertise online or something, but no guarantees.

As i say, she would have to be careful other ladyboys don't think she is stealing their business. If she is not from there she is less likely to get help from police and doesn't have a family structure to fall back on. If she does sex work and gets arrested, she could be charged with prostitution or something else being a foreigner.

Probably the best customer in Thailand is finding a well off tourist that needs companionship for their entire vacation.

Not sure why, but Japanese business men are very strange and usually meet LBs in groups in weird organized events like boats in harbour's or discrete windowless buildings where they are bussed in . To get into that racket isn't easy I suspect or fun or lucrative as your boss takes a fat cut, and there's not much love for illegal workers in the kingdom, we'll that is if your caught.
And most of the LB's make money from volume not some sure thing rich guy who never comes.
