The lowest price I know about is the Pratunam Polyclinic (Dr. Thep) with the price posted below. 72,000 Baht for SRS. The unique thing with their pricing is that foreigners pay the same price as Thais.

The highest price I know is Dr. Suporn (many rate him as the top SRS doctor in Thailand) they don't publish the prices online, but I have heard reports of 275,000 - 450,000 Baht. (Thai price, foreigner price). He is supposed to retire soon.

Crag mentioned in one of his posts he thought the a postop vagina was like an "open wound". This really hinges on how well a postop ts does her postoperative care.
