Europe is huge on privacy regulations. Just wait until they update their copyright laws.
You won't be able to do anything. When the EU does something, they do it good.
The right to be forgotten just doesn't seem fair to websites.

That website is probably a US based company and the FBI are number one in copyright enforcement.
They totally did a number on Kim Dotcom he is the example.
